Saginaw Bay Area - Michigan | Nice looking beans in some of those shots, I would be skipping that area with the combine, no way they were going to have all of the pieces picked up and they header would be on the ground hunting for insurance work.. Hope the farmer was compensated, would have made more sense to do that work in the fall with easier clean up, less impact to harvest, etc.
I've read the new "replacement" units are "so much bigger/better" that they can't use the existing "stuff" (pad/tower/etc) and have to start with a new spot. I presume they'd tie into the electrical, but otherwise all new. Don't know if that's the case for all the new stuff or just certain cases.
