Okanogan Wa.
We had a combine hauled here from Kansas in 2012. The truck’s previous trip was a load from California to Texas which consisted of one track frame for a crane to work on one of those. I’ve forgotten the number of trucks involved in the move but it was give or take of ten big lowboys to get it all there. Then he sat for 3 days waiting his turn because they didn’t want his part until it was time to install it. All of this was done apparently to replace a bearing on a generator.
Seemed to me it would take an incredible amount of “green” energy production to make up for the amount of diesel burned to make it work.
