Minnesota | It was, but it was wet…rain rain rain that year. 16 was better for us from a yield standpoint and the vegetative maps also showed 16 to be better. Here’s the 17 map in this same date for comparison. The thing with these images is it’s relative data, but if you understand that when looking at them, I see no way we reach a record crop. Year over year to last year are good comparisons because we got planted early both years so week over week year over year is fair to analyze, whereas 19 wasn’t because it was planted a month later. Anecdotal thoughts and observations need to be taken into account.
