Minnesota | Looks like we see a fair amount of areas that showed a week over week decrease. Interesting enough a lot of the areas that showed the week over week decrease were some of the areas that caught some rain. The year over year image is horrible. The last time we even had close to this amount of decrease year over year was in 2015 and 2017. How will we turn out?
