Neither did he. At least with brown box monitors, the 3000 reports to autotrac that it's an ITC. This is in the handshaking that happens between the receiver and autotrac. The configuration information that shows up in the monitor does say Starfire 3000, but really that can say anything and it's just for the user's benefit. I've changed it to say anything I want and nothing cares.
