Hamilton, OH/ Browning, MO | Depends on how hard you run and how close to combine capacity you are. I have a friend that has them on a 6 row head ran by a good size combine and they love them on every row. Clearly I kernel loss from head and they don’t push combine that hard for the extra trash intake to be a problem. I them put them on a 8 row that was on a matched size combine and couldn’t deal with the extra trash. So I put them on the center rows in front of the feeder house of both my heads. Seems like that is a good place since feeder house throws corn beach out. |
