SW Nebraska Panhandle | Yea, they usually do not call back, I end up calling them again. They are good at getting the parts you need and typically have them off and ready when you get there ( I live an hour away). Also had to take something back because it was no good. They were good about it and get me another one. It is a junkyard so I don't expect much in the way of professional service. Ordered one thing on line once and they finally told me a week later they did to have one and it could be backordered. I told them to cancel it and I got what I needed from another place. Next day it arrived in the mail from Ag States and I already had one. Called to complain. They were good bout taking it back and paying for shipping. Haven't used their online service since but would if I needed to. | |
