You can also fabricate your own with a piece of flat steel and then bending angled ends on another piece.

Otherwise you can use various cushion clamps and double them up as you need. I did this for electrical wiring in flexible split loom but it could also be done for various hydraulic lines with differing sizes of clamps. I use something similar to route hydraulic hoses over back axle of combine for chaff spreader hoses.
