Starters are good for cold soils, have nothing against them.

Dad had some of the best crops in the county but those 80 lb bags!

They have run enough farmers out of business we just don't have time for starter unless we need it.

UAN on a corn planter is a no brainer IF you have time to put it in the planter.

NPK on cold soils with zinc is effective if you have time to load the starter.

I have become more aimed at getting TIMELY planting and the windows have been narrow.  Look at this year!

You guys got me thinking again, that is dangerous.

I love these topics as we have to control our variables and with that comes time and cost.
