West central Ohio
Anyone here running one? How do they compare to the other brands- Massey, Krone, NH? Currently running a 4790 Hesston, while its a good, simple baler, its starting to get tired. How big of a learning curve going from an older baler to a newer one? How's the single knotter? Hydraulic stuffer? Reliability and longevity? How many ponies with the roto cut? Currently using a 200 magnum with cvt tranny. I've heard these new balers can really gobble up the power. Could use a 275 if needed, but really like the cvt for baling. What kind of bale weights could a person expect making 8' bales in wheat straw?

A lot of people seem to like them.
I've often wondered why they never went to double knots and heard that it was for reliability, but I don't hear about problems with double knotters so who knows.
I don't think there'd be any problem operating them and I don't think they are high density (a plus IMO unless you ship)
