I'll add another vote for the roll together tomorrow morning and bale in the mid afternoon. You don't want to turn it and let it lay if you are taking it wet, just roll them together. It will dry quicker than you think.

Saturday we mowed in the morning, threw them together in the early afternoon and had the round baler going before the rake was done. New alfalfa seeding with oats and peas. Came out perfect on moisture.
