WUnderground.com still offers their old-school NEXRAD viewer, which is my favorite. You look up your forecast on that site and there's a link on the top right called 'NEXRAD'.

For a phone, the best radar viewer is an app called 'wX' on android or 'wXL23' on apple that's a free open-source app written by a guy named Joshua Tee.
There's also windy.com which has an OK radar viewer that's really easy to zoom in, but doesn't give you any customizable options like tracking individual storm cells or showing estimated rainfall, etc. | |
