Agreed. The new radar depiction is terrible. I emailed them and they said tough.
It is lousy. The old system was 10 times better! I check the Intellicast daily and weekly in the mornings after they post at 7:00am. I find it very accurate. https://www.wunderground.com/maps/precipitation/daily
You can go to the national weather Service, type in the area you are interested in and it will show you the forcast for that area. Then you can check their 3 day history and more local weather for towns in the area. Too much clutter on the new NWS radar. Fustrating!
