In a wet year, 30% of showers results in 2" of rain and in a dry year, 80% chance of rain results in not a drop. I dunno why but on wet years the lightest whispiest clouds unload a deluge and o=in dry years the blackest ugliest clouds go right on by with out yielding a drop (unless you are spraying). Vert frustrating.
