I also use the OXO salad spinner. Then I put a paper towel on bottom and top of lettuce in the zip lock bag. This soaks up the excess water. I usually have a beautiful longer lasting lettuce crop. This year with the heat it bolted out too fast. Wish i knew how to prevent that.
