Does Foliar pay on Beans if you have good fertlility your soil?

the people that say yes say you need to have the right product at the right time and be using sap analysis or tissue testing. a lot of guys that say no just had some left over in furrow product or just grabbed something from the local retailer with no sap analysis and probably not much tissue testing ahead of it, just tossed in the product while going out with herbicide, and didnt pay much attention to growth stage of the plant.

for beans i wonder or would like to try a Boron ,zinc, calcium, phosphorus, iron manganese type mix.
