coast of Maine | I have had both types of landlords.Some just want to be heard,maybe just listen to his issues.90 y/0 landlord had tons of errands he wanted done,I just talked of things and no spare time issues.But I had another that was about control.He was a butt head(substitute for A,,H,,,.)once called to say one of my employees was sleeping more than working,,I knew the guy was dying of cancer and kept I him employed.Did not tell the land owner til a year later when he requested calls before any treatments,then when I go treat ,,park benches in the field middle for views,he subconciously realized he was a jerk and then cancelled our agreement.Glad that berry field has gone to weeds.I seem to think your guy just wants to be involved,,talk to him of your limited spare time. | |
