There might be a way to reset the camera from the app.
Do you feel sure it's not focusing, could it actually be condensation it it somewhere.

At worst the camera can be swapped fairly easily, as you can interchange with the Pro2 Zoom version.
It would be annoying to do that and find it was internal software related though.
