| Look up Congressman David Scott from Georgia he is sponsoring these bills . Also read an up date that seems to be saying that He wants to encourage companies to offer people of color contracts and do more business with people of color since they have been denied access to markets. I sent him a message on face book and called his office. Asked him for specific examples of people of color being denied access and being discriminated against in getting loans etc. google him then contact him.
