Your always going to get a bad review from someone, so I wouldn’t worry about that. I do know a business that if a bad review is written, they have their lawyer chase after the complainant for defamation of character suit. And usually win.
There is a couple fast food places I try to avoid at all costs, it’s just personal preference, I don’t complain about it though.
How do you reason with people like this?
