| Was thinking maybe looking back in 10 years that this stuff is a blessing to get back to home town butchers and local Mom and Pop business. Like you say, it is a lot harder to hack the system from across the globe when it isn’t dependent on the internet. I doubt it will be the case but who knows. If the packers are making $750/head I would think eventually it will open up opportunities for competition. Doubt that also unfortunately. | |
