Agrotain will protect the volatile part of 28 for 10-14 days with minimal losses even then only half is at risk. I’m of the belief which I am positive is right now matter what you do it needs to rain to get the N actually into the soil solution. There was nh3 burn in 2018 in parts of here from mid row banded nh3 in spring of 2017 because it was so dry.
