The smell of rain in ND must be enough to take beans and spring wheat down 20 cents. My father, who lived the dirty 30's said that they'd get a tenth or so of moisture and think the drought would subside, until the heat and wind would increase again. Drought is not over till large areas get continual general rains over an
extended period.
