Ohio
Old Pokey what planting populatoin did you use. Usually when planted very heavy combined with too much rain you get all vegatative growth like your pics show. When beans start lodging in the growing season all hopes of a respectable yield go out the wimdow. Some farmers that insist on planting heavy around here spray the beans with a chemical to shorten the node spacing. How did the windrowing work out ? Did that cause any of your shatter loss. Man if that windrowing thing would/could work !!!! Good seeing your attempt Don't give up, with some tweaking you will be amazed at what that soybean can do.
