Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I would say it is pretty well certain that relays will be needed. The relays will get their power from relatively heavy cables going to the battery. The 20/20 or anyone's system will send current out when a section should not plant. Instead of directly controlling a clutch, the wire will trigger the relay which in turn directs the high power current to the half-width clutches to cause them to disengage. |
