The 6000’s and small frame 7000’s (up to 75XX) used the ZF transmission. The large frame 7010 - 7030 used a completely different Deere designed IVT starting in 2003 - 2011. Probably the most reliable of the Deere IVT’s.
Could be as simple as a sensor or wiring issue or a more complex mechanical issue. Further diagnosis is needed to narrow the problem down. I wouldn’t spend a $ until a thorough diagnostic procedure is done.
