I'm pretty sure that is what my acquaintance (neighbor but not a close neighbor) had. No one would operate till he went to Mayo clinic. They operated but he never got out of bed again. Was not a good time for either him or his family. He lived a while (maybe a year? - don't remember for sure) but it was not a life.
