| Bought a 30’ JD 1000 cultivator at auction. It’s missing 8 complete units. (U bolt, cast piece, spring, rod, shank, shovel...). The remaining 50+ are in very good shape for age.
JD @$275 each, 300 miles away $60 each.
Does anyone know of salvage yard in central MN? That might have this? I used to get stuff like this by Long Prarie off 71. But was told they shut down, cleaned out 5 yrs back.
My other option is I notice a few shanks are too close.
It would be a lot of work but anyone ever relocated the units? Just widen spacing a bit for better trash clearance? | |
