Looks like its a 762975 latch from Agco, price i found should be around $9.00 depending on dealer markup.
Replaces PN: 71127991
I havent replaced one yet, but when I do, I think the rough plan is to grind off the pin on old and new, and put the new latch in the welded on bracket and put a roll pin through it.
