Subject: RE: Grain Site Electrical

N.W. Illinois
Last summer we redid most of the electrical on our grain setup. Things were even hard to get back then locally. We found everything we needed on Ebay at a fraction of the cost of what the local electric suppliers (such as Crescent Electric) wanted. We purchased new breakers for $300-$400 off of Ebay that Crescent had priced for $1600. List price from the manufacturer (Schneider-Square D) was $1900.

Our electrician had no issue with us ordering any of the electrical stuff we needed. Some electricians don't want you ordering anything yourself because they mark everything up.
