If it’s oozing from the back I’d be suspecting a hoof abscess. One poster said to get a hoof trimmer in, that’s the only way to get the abscess popped and draining and clean enough through blocking.
I would agree on Nuflor and Banamine, but if it is abscess it’s got to be opened up.
Is this foot rot?
