Maybe your EZ-Guide 500 has an internal problem.
But mine did come up some years ago by:;
Push and keep down the three left buttons and now connect the electricity to it.
Mine came up right away. Did not have to do the full hard reset.
Unfortunately there is so much undocumented things with these gadgets....
