Northern Minnesota | Not enough info for an accurate diagnosis. Regardless, should have loaded her up with antibiotics at FIRST notice. Whatever you you got now is "chronic" and that reduces the hope for recovery (i.e.prognosis).
(Dose for tetracycline is 9 mg/lb body weight per day. (Hard on muscle tissue, I prefer under skin...) I like high levels pen plus full time dose of sulfas (either boluses or drinking water).)
