The balanced formula for the complete combustion of kerosene (a proxy hydrocarbon for Jet-A) goes like this:

4C11H24 + 35O2 -> 22CO2 + 48H2O.

This means that for every 4 moles of kerosene, 35 moles of oxygen gas are consumed, producing 22 moles of CO2 and 48 moles of water vapor.
