N MO | Pushed too wet planting. Thought it was ok but we keep missing rains. Seed trench opened up on some. Also had bad hair pinning which is not good but ok on beans if it rains but not if dry. Wheel tracks of planter also caused it to become a road so missing long stretches.
Started Saturday, finished 3 acres Sunday and they are much better but not great.
Switched to corn Monday and planted till Tuesday and it was perfect.
No matter what do not push conditions...... | |
