You will never win in court if you are depending on the DOJ to carry a suit. All my dealings with the DOJ they hire third string attorneys that couldn't convict a jaywalking case. NCBA is a total joke along with most state organizations, infact I think all of them. Because they all take marching orders from NCBA.
