To be honest, I'd be surprised if there was ever over 6000 people at the pulls in 2016.
They're planning on bringing in portable bleachers for the 2 day pull.
Outlaws, NTPA and PPL all put in bids, and Outlaws won the bid. I would assume after the 2021 fair, that this new area will be fully booked for the entire 2022 fair.
