We ran a 3pt Deere 1730 16 row 15” bean planter for a few years. It had one no-till coulter per row. My experience was in dry heavy ground it could not get and maintain proper depth. This was with the 4 position t-handle down pressure springs. In this situations I would just have to wait for a shower to soften up the ground a little.
does anybody no-till with a mounted planter?
