I'm about to sell the last of my south Florida real estate soon. I rode that ride and it's my time to get off. I'm not questioning your investment. I wish I could have double or triple down in 2009-10-11, but it took all I had to just avoid foreclosure. I'm probably leaving alot on the table. But I'd like to find somewhere more liquid to put the money to work.
