Ky | What does the lease say about restoration and property? I only have experience in cell towers and the leases say the company must put the land back to original form meaning they are to remove the towers concrete etc it's on their dime. I'm sure each individual property owners lease could be different If they see the opportunity to take advantage of a person they have been known to do that I'm speaking in regards to cell towers I don't know how wind leases work but would hope the owner would have something in there about restoring the property I can't imagine them just being able to leave the tower but it all comes back to what's in the lease agreement | |
