If tonage is down they will just charge more for boxed beef and increase water buffalo imports.
This won’t end until there is more processing plants and less cattle, a lot less cattle.
Cool would be a big help. I think even restaurants should have to disclose where there beef comes from.
As a cattle feeder it is the cow/ calf guy that takes it in the shorts. That is why I sold my cows.
And we can't even get but a handful of cow calf guys to stand up and fight. + a couple sale barns the Fort n Pratt.
