ALso make sure your battery connection cable to the pdm is making a good connection. On our the power socket had slid back into the plug and wasnt making a good connection. FIxed that and it took care of our red srms. A quick way to tell if you getting power is look at the red lights on the row unit srm. if they are not flashing your not getting power
