We farmers are voting with our feet. Monsanto saw the writing when everyone told them sorry. Dropped the price 30/bag in my area. They will still lose marketshare.
I sell for Dekalb and Asgrow and my sales are already 95% of last year with nearly 50% of my customers yet to be seen. Way to early to know any trends. Had a couple 100% Pioneer guys give me pretty good orders and at the time my prices were about $10 per bag higher than Pioneers. Now I will be cheaper.
