Subject: RE: Buying a Car? Are you Afraid?

Did the same on a new 2003 Acura MDX with very low monthly payments for 5 years so my spouse had a safe vehicle to drive. Still have that car today and it runs almost as good as new even though we had a freeway head on collision(corner to corner) in 2005. The clock has turned 260K miles and my wife wants to keep it until the day of her last breath. Grandson says he has dibs on it. I guess if you find the car you like and need with a habit to keep it a long time payments are not such a bad thing if you can afford it. Not having full insurance on a new/newish vehicle is crazy these days with distracted drivers.
