If you have a flat face hammer/punch out the center part out of it.  That way when it pops out of the coupler it'll still drain and it's better to lose a hundred dollars of oil instead of taking out not cheap stuff.  Just have to remember when you unhook to hang the hose up so it doesn't leak everywhere.
