ec. nebr. | If as you say, a 4 - 5 ton should handle that. Depending on your heat cycle of summer temps. Every location is different the further North you go. Think also in terms of relative humidity. Talk to a local installer in your area. He can give you a better idea on your needs. Bigger is not always better when talking air conditioning!!
