The tension should be set tight enough that it takes a lot of effort to manually turn the wheel (think steering a tractor with power that doesn't work) The brake drum should be clean and rust free. Check the net channel to make sure it is clean all the way across. The net can bunch up and not cut cleanly. When cleaning out be aware of the knife. They are brutally sharp | |
