Yes. Why do you think Bonpas is so interested! Unless the basis is -$1.00 $5000 for those yields is cheap.
EDIT: I didn't factor in the non-tillable acres. That changes things. Ends up at about $7500/tillable acre and balance is free. That would still sell very easily assuming no other hindrance, here anyways.
Fertilize on ground i may not have next year?
