Interstate 35 North ia | I think it was a fairly accurate movie of a farmer under pressure at that time . Prior to the grain embargo and high interest rates , bankers were happily writing loans . When things crashed the loans that were suddenly called due were not always done fairly either. Some of the bad loans were written down while some of the guys that had assets that could cover a lot of the loans were called due. It was a pretty ugly time for some of the guys that had notes called . | |
