About $24,000 US. That’s about what land is going for around here now. We are south of Lake Erie in Ohio. Crazy. Have a 60 ac farm we rent coming up for sale in a few months, guessing it will bring $25,000/ac average or more. Can’t farm it for that around here! (At least with a legal crop)
